Kelvin is very caring, funny, inquisitive and smart. His favorite activity is playing video games, but he also enjoys activities such as a building, and playing outside. Kelvin is very talkative and enjoys spending time with family and friends. However, he also enjoys downtime, which he prefers to spend alone. Kelvin needs a loving adoptive family that is willing and able provide him with the structure, support, consistency, encouragement and nurturing environment which will enable him to continue to thrive and reach all of his goals.
Kelvin is legally free for adoption and he can only be placed in South Carolina.
